Wet Floors

Some of us are experiencing rain or snow this time of year, which brings a chance of wet floors. Using mats that are a thick, absorbent material at your entrances and exits can aid in protecting patrons and employees from slips and falls. Placing flattened cardboard boxes or towels in the entryway is not a safe solution. A sturdy outdoor mat will create the first layer of protection, followed by the rotation of dry mats inside the door. As employees continuously monitor potential hazard areas, keep a dry mop and wet floor signs easily accessible to aid in cleaning up excess water. Doing our best to make safety a priority.
