Associates are encouraged to participate in Companywide events such as Associate Appreciation Week, Family Day, the ICC Bowling League, and our Annual Holiday Party. We also encourage our associates to recognize one another during our quarterly All Associates Meetings, and through rewards and programs such as our Manager’s Award, ICC Community Spirit Award, and during milestone anniversary celebrations.
As a specialized insurance carrier, ICC is committed to being the best at what we do. Through our internal processes and external products, we strive to fulfill our vision of excellence. We provide a high degree of internal transparency of results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Because associates of all levels of the organization work together on projects, participate in charitable endeavors, or simply socialize together, the typical barriers to communication and transparency do not really exist at ICC.
