ICC provides its eligible, full-time associates with affordable, comprehensive, consumer-driven health benefits.  Participants enjoy a Company funded Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) to use for routine health costs including office visits; dental and vision expenses;  a prescription drug plan; and insurance protection for higher cost health care expenses such as hospital fees, physician fees, and surgery.  New associates are eligible to participate in our Health Plan on their first day of employment.

Group Term Life Insurance
ICC provides its eligible, full-time associates, with company-paid life insurance equal to 2.0 times their annual salary.  Included are company paid short-term and long-term disability benefits.  Associates may elect additional coverages, including voluntary life and dependent life insurance, critical illness coverage, and accident insurance.
 
401K Retirement Plan
ICC sponsors a comprehensive matched retirement savings plan to assist its associates in building their retirement income.  Associates can save for retirement through our 401(K) Plan with pre-tax dollars or Roth Contributions.  ICC will match 100% of the first 4% of associate deferrals. 
 
Profit Sharing
Associates share in ICC’s financial success through our Profit Sharing and Cash Bonus Program, which rewards them for their contributions to ICC’s profitability and performance objectives.  The Program provides an annual profit sharing contribution to eligible associates of up to 3% of salary to their retirement account, and a cash bonus of between 0% and 12% of additional pay if the Company achieves its annual objectives.
